The payment methods provided are:

Furthermore, the details of your payments and related information will neither be visible nor stored on the site.

The Gift Card will be sent within 5 minutes of confirming the order.

Yes, it's possible to request the addition of a sewn label bearing your initials, name or your pet's name.

We always recommend creating a Member Account to access your control panel from which, in addition to the possibility of viewing / modifying your personal data and shipping / billing addresses for fast check out, it will be possible to view your order history, track shipment status, monitor your Store Credit Rewards, the balance of your Gift Card and your Wishlist.


You also need an Account to be able to contact us in case of a return.

We will cancel your subscription as soon as possible and we will send you 
a confirmation email.

It is not necessary to have an account to place an order. 


However, we highly recommend it to take advantage of its many features.

Our purchases are final and do not provide for returns in the event of second thoughts or errors by the customer; for this reason we invite you to check the order report carefully before confirming it.


However, in the event you received an item damaged or not conforming to the one you ordered, we will gladly replace it at our expenses after the claim has been verified and accepted.

The refund claim needs to be initiated within 48 hours after product arrival.


To activate a refund claim you need to:

  • Create an account or Log In if you already have one
  • Go to "My Orders", find the related order report, select "Contact Us"
  • Select "Return/ Exchange" from the item "Reason for contact" and tell us the reason for the dispute, attaching one or more photos showing the error/damage and the purchase receipt.  

If the claim is considered reliable, we will provide you with free return instructions and we will issue a new shipping, at our expenses, of the correct item, only after we have received the returned product.

If the product received is incorrect and/or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.

It generally takes 2-3 business days for order processing to ship.


We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.


Pre-ordered items are also processed within 2-3 business days of arrival at the warehouse.

In 2 ways:

1 - Orders placed successfully will receive a confirmation email that will include a tracking number with which you can check the status of the shipment of your order.

2 - TRACK ORDER is a feature available inside your Account.


The tracking information will be available within 48 hours after the order confirmation.

Orders are final. If we can help we will.
However, we will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.

Shipment of your in-stock items may be delayed until your pre-order item is ready for shipping.


To ensure faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend making a separate order only for your pre-order items.

Maybe you sent the order without having logged into your Account.


In this case, the order is not associated with a registered Account and therefore not visible in the order history.



Always check and make sure you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors regarding the shipping address provided. 


If an order should return to our warehouse due to an address communicated incorrectly and/or incomplete, we will refund the full amount of the order, excluding shipping costs.


To have your products shipped again you will need to place a new order. 


We therefore recommend the creation of an Account, from which you can easily access the last order executed and replicate it from there.

Our goods are entirely shipped from Italy.

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations.

Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping service.

Our shipments originate in Italy.

We rely on Spring GDS shipping service and National Post Service of each Country of destination.


For express shipments we rely on UPS shipping service.


For shipments to Italy we rely on Chrono service.

All our orders are shipped from our headquarter in Italy.


From the moment the order is processed (usually 2-3 working days), the approximate delivery times are as follows:


Shipments to ITALY with Chrono service:


  • ITALY: delivery by express courier usually within 3 working days.



Regular shipments with Spring GDS service and Post Office of Country of Destination


  • EUROPE: delivery from 5 to 8 working days.
  • EXTRA EU: delivery from 7 to 15 working days.
  • UK: delivery from 4 to 6 working days.



Express shipments with UPS service:


  • EUROPE: delivery in 1-2 working days.
  • EXTRA EU: delivery in 2-3 working days.
  • UK: delivery in 2-3 working days.



CUSTOM ORDERS

They are all made in our laboratories located in Italy.

Please add 5 extra days.


NOTE: We are not responsible for courier delays, that are currently pretty usual due to Covid 19.

The Rewards Pawgram  is a way of showing our appreciation.  You'll earn Points for activities on our site like referrals, purchases, reviews and social media engagement.
Earned Points may be redeemed towards Shop purchases, so the more you collect the more you save


Anyone with an Account is automatically enrolled.

When you create your Account within the Shop, we welcome you with 100 Points.

  1. You will earn 1 Point for every $ spend in our Products

  2. You will earn 500 Points each time one of your referrals makes a purchase using the $ 10 Coupon Discount included in the link you sent them. 
    The process is very easy:

    A) You send your friends a link to our Shop containing a sweet $ 10 Coupon Discount
    B) When they make a purchase redeeming the offer through your link, we know that the link was sent by you and we will automatically deposit 500 Points inside your account when the order is sent out
    C)  Your referrals must be new clients

  3.   You will earn 50 Points for each product review and 50 Points for a Shop Review
  4.   Follow us on FB, Twitter and Instagram and earn 50 Points for each Follow
  5.  There will be occasional Campaigns when we offer different ways of earnings and we will add  the new infos in our Rewards Widget located in site

    Please note:
    Points are calculated after discounts or coupons are applied and exclude shipping and tax charges.

You can always access your available Points inside your REWARDS Widget.

You must be a registered Account Member.

Select the Tab : REEDEM POINTS. When you have enough Points,  you may redeem them for a Discount Coupon which can then be applied during check-out

500 Points earn $ 5 Coupon Discount

1000 Points earn $10 Coupon

1500 Points earn $15  Coupon

2000 Points earn $20 Coupon

Not at all!  Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
Your points will be removed from your account.
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
It should take a few minutes but sometime  to process your activity and provide your points could take longer to the system. Should it happen that nothing shows up in the next hour please contact us and we'll take care of it.

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. You will lose any points accrued.

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero

Your referrals must be first time clients of the Shop and will need to use the link you sent to make their first order.

We reserve the rights to alter, change or terminate the Rewards Pawgram at any time.
